Some of my training records are missing from Competency Cloud - how do I correct this?

On Competency Cloud, most of your training records will be stored under the ‘General Training tab. However, if you hold any training that is linked to a card scheme, they may be stored under their corresponding tabs instead.

In addition, any training entry that is either past its expiry date or has been superseded by another qualification may have been archived. To view your archived training, make sure to tick the ‘Show Archived box highlighted below.

If you’ve had a look through all of your training tabs and your archived training, and it still appears that some of your records are missing, please let TrainWithUs know via this form and select the Certificates, receipts and data upload’ option. You will need to provide evidence of the qualification (such as a scan or photo of the certificate) and we will update your records accordingly.
